BEST WESTERN PLUS Inn at Valley View

The privacy 🔏 how staff respects your space, very consistent with asking if everything is okay. Also very clean 🪥😁 🧹 🧼.. Most importantly, great area and great security to the sense of the great area. Family and alike oriented, no discrimination. Very communicative and helpful when asked anything, very respectful n responsive. Understanding to the needs of all guests and there differences!!

Room was phenomenal, I paid extra for our pet to join us. That was a perk. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice and well stocked. I was a little hesitant as we normally stay at choice hotels, however I think from now on I will only be staying at best westerns.

Breakfast was ok would be better if you left out the salt on the potatoes. Need gluten-free options. Loved the capaccino machine and the coffee. Thank you!

The proximity of the hotel to the shopping center was great! A lot of a variety of stores were accessible and it wasn't too far to get back onto the interstate for quicker travel. The location was a mash up with a bunch of other food and hotel spots and the customer service the night receptionist gave us was amazing (didn't get her name though). The woman flying kite statue was also a nice addition to the lobby area and 24/7 access to the coffee makers.

They are so customer friendly and look forward to being there for there customers above all. Very private, quiet, relaxed. Also very clean and spacious.
